      Revenue Operations Manager Interview

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Canonical in Jun 2024

      Interview

I applied online, and after about a week, I received a very long email outlining the role and introducing the hiring lead. It also described the process, a formal assessment stage consisting of a written interview and psychometric assessment tests, followed by three stages of interviews: 1) Technical assessment and team interviews 2) Hiring manager & senior leadership Interviews 3) Offer What made me drop out was the ridiculous amount they wanted to be covered in the written interview, you have to create a prepared statement to cover your strengths, interests, priorities, experience, ideas and ambition. In total, there were almost 40 questions asked to respond to, including my academic results in high school, and what sort of high school student I was and my interests and hobbies outside of class. I found it to be intrusive and not relevant to the roles, so I responded to the recruitment lead and declined the process.
