Process feels far too long and unnecessarily complicated, involving excessive steps, redundant paperwork, unclear requirements, and far too many interviews, causing frustration, delays, confusion, wasted time, and reduced confidence overall.

Got an assessment through my hiring manager, a GA assessment, a word document full of questions and then a technical exercise. Got rejected after doing a full day of work.
