Canonical Manager Ubuntu Server interview questions

I saw their job offer in LinkedIn and I applied. They came back via email telling that after reviewing my experience they were interested. They sent me writing exercise, with many questions, to develop and explain your views. That's a huge time consuming and a way to stealth your ideas for free. They sent me another email requesting two psychological tests. They were not available in my language. For gender it was mandatory to select male or female. These tests were with time pressure. They really made me feel uncomfortable and see canonical like a kind of company not very nice and not modern. They discarded me without any feedback and without interviewing me in person. A huge waste of time.
