Thank you for your review. Oh no! It looks like we left you with the wrong impression and didn’t share the time commitment of this role clearly. Rest assured we are not open Sundays and don’t work past 7PM Monday-Friday. Also, a new hire in this department wouldn’t be expected to start at 6:30AM (two Senior Underwriters start at this time, with the unit leaders working our later shift). Despite all of this, it is obvious we came up short in providing a clear and straight-forward hiring process.
