Nice company but essentially it was a waste of time. I passed the CV screening, the video interview and attended the assessment centre where I did well in both quick fire interviews and math/grammar test. However, when we did the group case study the 2 Capco employees ,who were supposed to assess us, spent the whole time laughing and chatting to each other (quite loudly as well). Therefore, although I led the team and tried to be proactive and respectful at the same time, the day after I was told that my application was unsuccessful because I lacked team work in the case study. Now, I understand negative feedback but at least they could pretend to listen while we were working.
In conclusion, if you do an assessment centre but you don't pay attention to candidates' performances because it's late and you are tired, how accurate is your assessment going to be?
Good intentions by the company but very poor implementation by employees = Waste of time
