Capco Financial Analyst interview questions

Had initial interview with recruiter. I was told that I would be having an interview with the hiring manager the following week and that I sounded like a great candidate for this position. I also was told to reach out, if I had any questions. I followed up, when I didn’t hear anything the following week. I received no response from recruiter. I was completely ghosted. It is severely disappointing when this happens. I also find it to be unprofessional. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to communicate.
