I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
The process was relatively quick, I applied online and within 24 hours received an email from the Recruiter for this role, inviting me for a call. I had the call the same day with the head of recruitment, and I was truly disgusted by the way in which I was spoken to. First of all, she was late to call, which straight away is a negative sign. I then walked through my experience, and during which she was barely responsive. Not until it came to outlining my salary, in which she interrogated me to reveal my salary and expectations, then she goes ahead attempting to belittle me because I was honest, and outlined my salary expectations that their competitors that I'm currently interviewing with are offering, and she proceeded to denigrate my experience in the field, when I was not interested in any sense about what she thought of my experience. It was all very unnecessary, I couldn't wait to get off the phone! I really do feel as if I've dodged a bullet, as I do wonder what it would have been like working underneath her. I was shocked Capco have such horrible people working for them in their recruitment team, it is appalling considering the firm's values are along the lines of Respect and Integrity.
