Interview
First stage was a phone screen to go over my cv, why i was looking to move and why Capco. The second stage was a 30 mins interview with the HR Business Partner followed by another 30 min interview with the head of recruitment. The third was supposed to be with Head of HR.
I was dissappointed that I had to wait for three and a half weeks to find out that they had offered to someone else. It would have been more respectful if they told me i would not be making it to final stage. I was then advised that I interviewed well but they gave this to someone from a finance background which was a lie they offered to someone from the same industry as myself.
