      Process Engineer Interview

      Sep 28, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Brussels
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Brussels) in Sep 2018

      Interview

I applied online and then I was contacted by phone and I answered some questions regarding to what I have done to date. After I received an email to schedule a second interview by phone, but this time with more people so we scheduled it, but 10 minutes before starting I received an email to postpone it as they weren't available in the end. Thus, we re-scheduled it and when the new time for the interview came I received an email at the exact time of the interview telling me that they checked my profile (again) and for now they did not have any matching opportunities for me. What I could get from this behaviour was that they are very unprofessional and they have not a respectful attitude towards candidates. They might think that candidates' time is not so worth it than their time. As conclusion, I don't recommend at all to work for this company in Brussels since from their recruitment process you can already take a look to how things work within this company: lack of professionalism and respect; that's what you can expect from them.

We are very disappointed to read your comments. Creating a positive experience for all candidates is extremely important to us and we set the bar high for all those involved in recruitment at Capco. Based on your review, we will conduct an internal investigation and speak with those involved to understand what happened and to ensure that this situation is not repeated for other candidates. We would like to thank you for the time you invested in our recruitment process.
