Interview
After applying online I got a Invitation for the Assesment Center which was about two months later. During the Assesment Center the applicants where divided in groups of 5 and had to go through 3 stages. The stage my group started with, was a M&A case study presentation. Afterwards we had to go trough the quick fire interviews which was not as intense as I expected. Finally we had to do the test which now includes logical and numerical questions next to an attention to detail part in which you have to find mistakes in a project status slide.

Interview
The recruitment process felt genuinely well thought out compared to other firms I interviewed with. The initial video interview involved four experience-based questions and one case study style question which gave a real taste of what the role involves. From there, the in-person assessment centre was intense but energising. You are in a group of up to nine candidates with senior consultants observing throughout, working through a real FS case study and an individual task. The people I met were engaged and clearly invested in finding the right fit rather than just ticking boxes. Dan in recruitment was brilliant throughout and kept me informed at every stage

In the individual task, I was given four emails from different stakeholders and asked to prioritise them in order of priority and urgency.

Interview
I applied for data consulting role. Overall smooth interview process. There was one SJT type online assessment, one technical case study which was presented to a senior/principal consulting, and the final interview was with a principal/managing principal consultant. Overall pretty generic process.

It was okay, since it was behavioral know a lot about the company and the role. Questions like Tell me about a time you worked on a cross-functional team or Tell me about a time you took initiative.
