      Managing Principal Interview

      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capco in Oct 2009

      Interview

      1. At least three telephone interviews and discussions with recruiter 2. In person interviews with multiple partners and directors They worked just as hard to sell me on the company and its growth plans as I worked to sell them on my skills. Nearly all of the people I spoke with were recent hires from the Bearing Point consulting practice. I would expect that the corporate culture and practices are going to change at Capco as the influx of a large number of people, particularly in leadership positions, begins to affect their direction and tone. It would probably be smart to look at the reviews for Bearing Point to get a feel for where Capco is going.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Dec 2025

      Interview

I had a very positive interview experience with Capco. The entire process was well structured, transparent, and professionally run from start to finish. Everyone I met was friendly, supportive, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and my experience. The interviewers were engaging and respectful, asked thoughtful questions, and created an environment where it was easy to have open, meaningful conversations. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, which made the experience even better. Overall, Capco left a great impression as a people-focused organisation with a strong culture and a well-run hiring process.
