Applied through campus career services. 1st round was was a behavioral interview with one of the consultant. The interviewer seemed very unenthusiastic. He started off by saying "it'll be a behavioral interview and I will ask you questions that HR gave me" and basically went on to pick standard fit/behavioral questions from a list. A week or so later, another consultant reached out saying I didn't move on to the next round followed by another email a week later from a different person saying the same thing and apologizing for the delayed notification. Very weird that two different persons notified me of the rejection. Seems like no coordination on the recruiting front.

Really smooth and well-organised process. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made it feel much less daunting than expected. The stages were clearly communicated and the team were great at keeping me informed throughout. Came away feeling really positive about the culture.
