Interview
Spent 4 weeks in the interview process. Met with the recruiter and 3 interviewers. Pretty easy interviews however I noticed I had more more knowledge and certifications then most interviewers. I figured it would be okay and I'm sure I could still learn things from them. Received an email stating that I wasn't chosen for the job because they felt my skills were too junior. That totally threw me for a loop. Instead of telling the truth they instead turned it around and made it seem as if I wasn't ready for the job. I have been a Scrum Master for years and even have a team that reports to me. It was obvious some interviewers felt intimated.

Processo seletivo rápido e focado. Ótima iteração e dinâmica. RH atencioso. Foram 3 etapas. Entrevista com o RH, sênior da área e depois com o gestor do projeto. Empresa preocupada com o bem estar dos funcionários.

Capco were extremely slow over the whole process. Incredibly unprofessional. It was a waste of time with childish questions. I had one good interview in the second stage with a middle manager type. After that, the partner interview was embarrassing. I was offered the role but declined.
