Capco UI User Experience Designer interview questions

The interview process consisted of 3 stages (listed below). Capco relies on a third party recruiting company called LevelUp. My experience with LevelUp was quite unprofessional, despite completing the 3rd step in the interview process, the recruiter never bothered to follow up and tell me the result. I think that there should be a minimal level of respect and courtesy and this LevelUp recruiter didn't have the courtesy to let me know of the outcome, despite this being her obligation to do so. The two actual Capco employees were professional and respectful. They asked relevant questions and get into the details about the design process. Capco seems like a innovative and cool company but its a shame they don't handle their own recruiting process and rely on a third party recruiting company. 1) Phone interview/screening with a external recruiter from LevelUp - 20 min 2) First interview with Capco consultant - 45 min 3) Second interview with Capco consultant - 45 min
