Three telephonic rounds - Two Technical and One HR. Technical Interviews involved questions from business analysis, Requirements Elicitation, Project Management, Product Planning and Execution, Testing and Implementation. Interpersonal Effectiveness was assessed through behavioral questions. Innovation, Creative Thoughts were assessed through past accomplishments.

Interview
The interview seemed to be more inclined towards buzzwords than checking credibility. This was the second round and my resume did not have the said buzzwords, hence I believe it was impractical to have expected me to have experience in the said domain
