Interview
It was a 2-week process. I got the call from the recruiter and he had explained to me the job role and responsibilities. They have scheduled two interviews with 2 different VP's and got positive feedback from the recruiter in the same week of the interview. After that, I never heard back from the recruiter. I have reached out to them multiple times but no response at all. They kind of abandoned me without giving any information.
Management Of Capgemini: This kind of behavior is not acceptable from the organization like you. Atleast recruiter can reply to emails and can be open about the situation.

Mostly they ask questions on your Resume. Predominantly Azure in and out.
3 stages. Cv application. Video interview anssesing your fit within the companh, what intrigues and your transferable skills . Then assessment centre which was the final stage which had a group task to see how you work in a team to tackle problems.

Sencilla. Una preguntas sobre Spark y algo de arquitectura. Nada complicada. Fue una charla sencilla y amena donde me iban perguntando y yo iba respondiendo. Fue agradable y plana. Esperaba algo mas complicado.
