Mi ha dapprima contattato via mail, una persona di HR. Rsispondendo alla mail di contatto, abbiamo avuto un colloquio telefonico, a seguito del quale abbiamo fissato un colloquio tecnico. (60gg). Il giorno immediatamente successivo al colloquio tecnico, mi ha ricontattato HR, per fissare un'ulteriore colloquio con il Line Manager. Dopo questo non ho avuto più notizie

Domande generiche sulla mia attuale posizione, i miei ainarichi e hjo fatto una breve presentazione di me. Dopo siamo passati un pò più nello specifico tecnico, con domande di carattere generale sulla tecnologia e sul suo utilizzo. Il secondo colloquio è stato più di presentazione dell'azienda e volto a capire il mio carattere e le mie motivazioni
I participated in three interviews: First interview with RH person, second interview with the manager (owner position), and third with the technical lead, but I didn't receive any feedback. I sent message to RH and it was not answered.

Interview
Three stages, HR verification call that was about 30 minutes + long technical and behavioural validation - lots of technical, conceptual questions related to the position (2hrs) + presentation that I needed to prepare and present (1hr). Took a lot of time in between the stages. Overall the staff was friendly.
Very streamlined process and even they are willing to adjust your start date as needed. Start from the interview process to first day they are well organized , very open and friendly
