Telephonic Screening was scheduled in the morning & abruptly they scheduled 1st Interview in the evening without prior intimation. Just a mail. The Interviewer who took screening had less knowledge of Agile & Scrum 1st Interview was taken by the same person along with their Agile Coach. Unprofessionalism: 1. They did not inform on sending interview at such short notice 2. The time scheduled for the interview was half-hour but they took it for 50mins. They should have prior scheduled it for 1 hr as half hr is never sufficient 3. They asked me to On my video cam but both the interviewers kept their cameras off
