It was so good and Capgemini is so good in the whole process like from interview till the offer letter i didn't had to wait much i can say it went on very smoothly.

So my question was ...If i would have been a captain of women sports team and the members weren't willing to accept me as their captain so how should I convince them to accept me as their captain.

It was hassle free and there was the support team if there was any connection interruption in the interview and solved it. Good interview overall and i would suggest to everyone

Interview
The role which I was interviewed was for contact support group an entry level job as a software associate. The role involves dealing with the clients and solving their probelms. So my interview questions were all HR based questions. They were basically looking for candidates who has a good communication skill and are flexible working during night shifts. That's all.
