I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderābād) in Nov 2025

It is a process where we first have to go with assessment round, results will come in 3-25 days
After that we get interview, and results will be 10-30 days

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Capgemini

They conducted 3 rounds.
1 - Technical Round

After clearing all the rounds they informed me that they cannot release the offer letter since they are not getting approval from some level as I am ex-employee of Capgemini. However, they have already verified my rehire status before scheduling the 1st round of interview and then flipped at the time of offer release.
