In my interview process at Capgemini, I first had an HR screening where they asked about my background and why I was interested in the role. Then, I moved on to a technical phone screen where I solved some coding problems focused on data structures and algorithms in a shared online editor. Finally, I had an onsite interview with two rounds: one focused on coding challenges and problem-solving, and the other on system design and discussing my previous project experiences. Each round was aimed at evaluating my technical skills and how I approach solutions collaboratively.
