they interviewed me for 15 mins..basic questios..hr questions also..about their company..y their company?what do i expect from their company..i do think that they have to go through skilled people not the ones who havent answerd a all the questions..they should ask more questions to candidates..and shortlist accordingly but the took candidates who intervirew span was jusr 5 mins maximum..which i think is not fair

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. good, friendly asked about education, experience, technologies worked with. some technical questions. project preciously worked on. things that you master, your difficulties, role in projects. a difficult project that you previously worked on
The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
