Capital Group Client Service Representative I interview questions

Applied on their website. Received email from HR the next day for phone interview, 30 minutes. A week later, had a 30 minutes virtual interview/warm up with HR rep again, followed by 1 hr virtual interview with 2 managers. About two weeks later, received call from HR with outcome of interview.

Three Phone interviews. In person interview with 2 individuals. Month long process but very thorough. They asked questions about work ethic, problem solving, if you ask for help when you need, what do you do when you make a mistake, what did you learn from your mistakes. Be prepared to have examples about times things went wrong, how you fixed them, and the outcome/results.
