3 Rounds - mostly fit interviews, wanted to get to know what drove me, interests in investing. Never a technical question. Friendly but tough, really looking for honesty and can smell bs.

Not technical. Looks for demonstrated interest in investing and strong behaviorals. 1st screening call, a first round interview, and a superday in the NY office, the recruiting team is very communicative. Overall a good experience with the team,

It was smooth. Digital interview -> HR director -> Cap director -> Investors interview
Mostly fit questions - nothing particular of technicals.
Overall, it was pleasant experiences. Interviewers were nice and proactive as well.
