Interview
Starts with phone interview to identify candidate true interest and includes at least two behavioral questions. If the candidate gets moved along the next step is a face to face with at least two HR hiring associates which goes into detailed behavioral questions and review of experience. If you pass this process you will meet with at least one hiring manager who will ask questions more geared to the role you are interviewing for.

Tell me about a time when you had an escalated service related issue, what was it, how did you handle it and what was the outcome?
There are 2 interviews I believe. I’ve done round one which is a teams interview. It went very well. I would recommend staying confident in answers. They are looking for a compatible candidate.
The interview process was easy. There are three interviews in total, one with the team manager that yo will be working with if hired and 2 with higher managers back to back.

Go through 2 interviews. Get talked through email, and first interview is a phone interview, 2nd interview is a group/introducing you to the company and it was a 2 hour long interview with two different managers on a web interview.
