The first interview was a pre-screen, phone interview with someone located in California. There were several in depth questions, but more than anything the interviewer talked about the company and the position.
After roughly two weeks, I received a call to set up an in person interview which was conducted by two people, not in HR. More questions which focused on my faults and weaknesses rather than my strengths. Within a week or two, they moved forward to checking references, and made an offer.
