Behavioral interview followed by a technical interview, which included a stock pitch. Each interview took about 30-60 min. The technical interview had several people sitting in, while the behavioral one was with an HR person only.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital Group (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
Two people, a senior analyst and a partner. Friendly but focused, a lot of good back-and-forth. Focused a lot on why I had made certain investment decisions in the past, what information would have led me to make different choices, why I wanted to work at that firm vs a hedge fund or one of their peers.

Fun interactive conversations about investing, companies and life. They seem to care about what makes you think differently and your intellectual honesty and humility. This makes the process less stressful than otherwise.
