Capital One Branch Ambassador interview questions

Applied end of May got a response to do assessment 5 days later, then a response a day later to do one way video interview. Recruiter contacted me a week later and did a mini phone screening (somewhat like an interview), she advised that she will contact me back, which she did an hour later asking if she can schedule me for a zoom interview with two hiring managers the following week, which I agreed to. The interview went well it is an hour long, half an hour for each hiring manager, first Job fit interview (please review your role and be prepared to answer everything to the best of your ability, please think before you speak and ask for clarity if you are not sure, it not easy and it it not hard just be prepared) second behavioral this was easier and this manager was very pleasant. I got an offer a week later and I accepted. I am very elated as I really wanted to work for C1 although I had another offer elsewhere.

Unfortunately it was virtual due to Covid- I was provided with an offer but after the background screening, charges from 30+ years appeared. I understand it’s a bank and you have to protect your company with proper recruitment. But for charges (nothing on my record) not even pertaining in any way to cash handing issues, larceny or and type of money laundering or fraud. I have had other jobs and this never showed up! What happened to innocent until proven guilty. To be fair with my review that offered me the opportunity to discuss “in detail”charges that were never on my record.
