Interview
1. 8 entrevistas, proceso absolutamente fragmentado.
2. Pasan varios días entre una y otra entrevista.
3. No te dan retroalimentación sobre el proceso.
4. No te dan una batería completa del número de entrevistas, te anexan más y más.
5. No hay retroalimentación al final por parte de la gente de RH. Solo te llega un correo automatizado.
6. Cuando preguntas si sigues en el proceso te responden de mala gana y ya cuando el proceso cerró.
Si se necesitan 8 entrevistas y exámenes para una vacante no necesariamente es un proceso adecuado, es desgastante y sin claridad. No hay sincronía entre los entrevistadores y parece ser que manejan la percepción como un factor más que la parte objetiva y de skills del puesto.

Applied for the position online, heard back within a week or so. Scheduled a call with the recruiter which went well, and she advised I would hear back in just a few days. Weeks later, no update, no response, nothing.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Tysons Corner, VA) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidate’s time. There was little structure to the discussion and no real opportunity to demonstrate my experience or thinking. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up afterward, which only reinforced the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Overall, it felt dismissive, chaotic, and far below the standard one would expect for a senior role interview. Appalling behavior start to finish.
