Interview
I applied to Capital One on October 2011. I recieved call from the HR on December for an Phone interview. After the phone interview, I went for the 2nd interview one and one.
I feel like the questions were very simple. It was a role that didn’t require much skill or background. I didn’t like the recruiter. She was very short, and just was not a good experience.
Process was easy and straightforward, questions regarding why you like the company, how you see yourself growing there. This manager was very interested in aspirations and where you see yourself in the future.
Phone interview with hr was regular, like all these typical questions, which you can find online. Also there were some tasks to do online and personal interview with the branch manager.
