I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Plano, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
Telephone screening, phone interview, 2 cases and one behavioural interview is all there is to it. You may get a second behavioural interview based if they want to decide on a particular role for you or if you are on the border in the first interview but thats very normal so dont panic

Question 1
Case interviews can throw you off but know that they do it to test how you handle the situation otherwise very straight forward
OA, first round 30-minute interview, power day with 4 different rounds depending on your role. case, role play, tech, and job fit. case will be business understanding with math quesiton, and role play is to act as domain expert in explaining slides.
Expect a long, drawn out process where you’ll probably be told they hired someone internally. Unless you know someone specifically on the inside, it’s safe to say you won’t get in.

Question 1
Do you have experience with (hyper specific) CRM software?
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Washington, DC) in Dec 2025
Interview
The process started with an HR Screen. The rep just went down the list of required qualifications on the posting one by one and asked if I had them. She asked why I was interested in the role/company and some immigration stuff. She then sent me a link to an online assessment which while not time-limited was expected to take less than two hours. There was a personality module, a work experience module, a problem solving module, and a collaboration style module. Several of these were fairly rapid fire and they primed you to answer them without thinking. They did not let you skip back to change answers.

A lot of the questions where along the lines of "choose most and least likely approach you would take to solve this problem" or "choose personality traits most and least like you".
