I was not interviewed for this position. I was in a contract position already and they were transferring that department to another manager so they moved me to a position that they were going to have open. I was told several times that I would be offered a full time position as soon as they could, but that was never realized. I will say that their corporate hiring policy was not very well received by me as I was passed over several times so that they could hire a person of a different race. I firmly believe that they practice reverse discrimination at this company.
