Interview
Two rounds of case interviews. The first round includes one case interview and the second round includes three case interviews. All are one-to-one. In comparison to case interviews at big consulting first, there will be more calculations involved. But nothing too complicated.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Provo, UT) in Aug 2025
Interview
Post the Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) administered at the time of sending an application which contains basic logical and numerical reasoning and situational questions, selected students are required to complete another technical assessment called the Digital Problem Solving exercise. This test is the first second of interview which tests how you use Google Sheets to solve real work business problems. I didn't proceed post this round, but after this a 'Power Day' is conducted which stretches for 4 hours with a different group of people testing multiple behavioral questions, case studies and technical questions.
Applications opened mid to late June, immediately invited to take online assessment, notification of second assessment in October (immediately took exam), final Powerday in January. Lengthy process but communicative HR team.
