I only had the HR phone call, and only after I got a referral, previously when I just applied online, I got automatically rejected.
HR was very friendly, but I had no idea why I was rejected after that. I guess Capital One is just super hard to get in.

The interview was based on 3 phases. First was screening on call then a video interview with mini case then a power day with 3 phases including product interview, case based and economics based.
First, Screening call: the HR simply walked you thru the interview process and schedule the next round of interview - mini-case. I haven't done the mini case yet. Mini case, just search online for potential cases and prepare for it.
Fairly straightforward. Recieved a mini case then the power day which consisted of a behavior interview, a case and a product sense interview. The Product Sense asked for me to choose any product and identify 10 potential users for it
