Capital One Manager, Product Management interview questions

The interview is intended to last 60 minutes. it is a "mini-case" interview. my mini-case did not start until 25 minutes into the interview. it was a virtual zoom interview. the interviewer was extremely unprofessional. she was clearly distracted as i noticed her attention drifting to other parts of the room she was in. and when i asked her if she was speaking to me while on mute, she indicated she was speaking to her nanny. I was not permitted to ask any questions during the interview as we did not have time. additionally, salary ranges at capital one for this type of role are not competitive with the other product management roles in the same area.
