First round interview at my college campus where they asked basic behavioral questions (describe a time you handled 2-3 projects at once, describe a time you collaborated with people of different backgrounds to accomplish a common goal).
Second round interview was a power day at Capital One in Richmond, VA. There are 3 interviews -- case study, behavioral, and job fit. They asked "why Capital One" at the end of one interview and "why the MRP program" at the end of another. The case study was weirdly easy in comparison to other companies. I had no trouble figuring out any problems. The interviewer will even confirm with you if the answer is right or not. It contained all basic math -- only addition and subtraction, one multiplication but they give you a calculator. They will keep probing you for pros / cons of implementing the solution so make sure you practice having several (3-5) pros and cons for your solutions on hand.
