Capital One Project Development Management Program interview questions

I got as far as the behavioral interview. It was a pretty laxed setting, and the questions were very straight forward. Interviewer was engaged and made the interview go smoothly.

I first interviewed on my school campus. It was a 30 minute behavioral interview. I heard back 2 weeks later that I had received a final round interview in Richmond. The interview day in Richmond was okay-- I didn't feel all that excited during it. There were a lot of people interviewing and they split us up into groups of 4. They showed us around the "campus" and then led us to our assigned rooms. We went through 3 different interviews, 45-minutes each: job fit, behavioral, and case. The case was very vague and difficult. The interviewers were nice. They tell you that you hear within 2-3 days, but it was 7 days before I heard back. I heard back through a form letter that matched the format of a letter one would receive after your resume wasn't chosen for a first round interview. It was a bit odd, and a bit unprofessional, in my opinion.
