After phone call with recruiter, we scheduled an on-site interview at the McLean campus. Flight and hotel accommodations were provided. When I arrived on campus, I first got a tour and then ate lunch (all provided) before heading to a building to do my three interviews (one behavioral, two technical). After leaving the interview building I had to catch a return flight back home.
The recruiter and interviewers were all very nice and helpful throughout the whole process which was very encouraging and a good reflection of Capital One's culture. There were 3 parts to the final round: technical coding interview, technical case interview, behavioral interview
Received OA, got 720, didn't receive second interview. OA was through codesignal, try to do the practice tests before to get used to the website. First one leetcode easy, 2 medium, and 1 medium but harder.
