Screening Phone call was unconventional. Didn't ask me any questions and instead spoke at length about culture at CarGurus. After 10 minutes he quizzed me about what he talked about. I was half asleep by that time so I'm sure I didn't give him the answer he was looking for. Needless to say I didn't get another call back. I also don't like how in your face they are about 'inclusiveness' when almost all of their staff is Caucasian. Doesn't seem too genuine. I'd hire more POC before marketing a "commitment to diversity." It may be a good company to work at for someone who is the right fit.
