Interviewing at CarGurus was a very pleasant and straightforward process for me. From day one, the recruiter I worked with was responsive, kept me informed, and I never felt like they were putting pressure on me to make a decision. The interview process was pretty standard. I had a phone interview lasting about 30 minutes, and then came in the following week to meet with a few people on the Account Management team (Team Lead & Manager). This all lasted about 2 hours. Everyone was very engaging and enthusiastic about working for CarGurus and for the Account Management team, which certainly helped further my excitement for the role. It was very conversational and no questions were out of the ordinary. Everything was explained clearly to me from day one from both the recruiter and the people who I met with during the interview. After leaving the interview, the recruiter was very responsive and provided me with positive feedback very quickly. I had an offer within a few days. Throughout the entire process the recruiter was engaging, responsive, and answered all questions/concerns I had very thoroughly.
