Interview
Phone screen, call with hiring manager, onsite with multiple panel interviews, background check etc. pretty standard and nothing out of left field.
Be prepared for many behavioral questions trying to get at key comments they need for the position.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy, they asked general questions, and took the time to answer the questions I had about the role. They were open about what they were looking for in an associate and what I was to expect for the first 30-60 days.

Question 1
They asked why I was looking to make a change from my current role
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CarMax (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I already had a lot of things in play, so I was called in fairly quickly. They took up almost 9 straight hours of my time on site before making me wait for an answer and then declining me with no input, constructive criticism or feedback whatsoever. They make you drug screen during the initial process and not after offer, which is odd. Most people were friendly, only one out of many was fairly unpleasant.

Question 1
A lot of situational examples.... "Name one time when you XYZ". This assumes that everyone has, at some time or another, had similar experiences. I prefer questions in the now, like "how would you solve XYZ" - I'm not someone who dwells on the past, I'd rather face new challenges head-on.
