Very similar process to what others are describing on here. Submitted application online, got a call the following day, where one of the sales managers asked a series of canned questions. It seemed like he was not really paying attention to what I was saying, sounded like he just wanted to hear me talk. At the end of the phone interview, he asked me to come in for an interview in person. Got there, and was immediately put down in front of a computer to do the criminal background test. I was responding to some of the same questions as I had already done in the online application process. They also asked for the same information several times.
Then there was a panel interview with two of the managers followed by a sales pitch of one of the cars on the lot. After this, I was asked to wait while they talked to the GM. After 10 minutes they came back and said that I would hear from them in a couple of days (which is their way of saying that they are not interested). A few days later I received a letter stating that this was not going to happen.
Overall, very easy going environment, and laid back managers.
