Interview
They usually do group interviews for college student who are expecting to graduate soon.
The interview process is very lenient and I believe they care a little more about how well that person would fit into the company's culture.
I had 4 different interviews within one day with different finance/accounting managers, and after the interview it was just a tour of the HQ. The interviews is not as technical as one might expect but they do like to ask you hypothetical question to analyze your thought process and determine where within the finance department you might belong in.
