Interview process take entirely too long. Multiple levels of management must interview you but they are very generic interview. It seems like the interviewers do not fully understand the position they are conducting the interview for. Once interviews are complete it takes too long to be notified that you have been selected causing the lose of valuable employees.

Phone interview... This was just the preliminary interview... Talking with the hiring manager... If chosen, next round face to face interview... Interview went quite well... I was comfortable and pleased with how it went...
