CareerBuilder Customer Service Representative interview questions

Great, young and fast paced office environment full of cubicles. Many steps to this long interview process for a job that doesn't pay well. 1/4 people either get fired or quit after their first 90 days (told this by one of the Senior Level Department Managers) Seemed like a pyramid scheme..You do all the hard work for a "ramp up" period and then if you make it they give you back the commission you should have made in that 90 days. Met with all levels and received their offer letter and then declined the offer. Wanted to see what it was like to work for CB and they really don't tell you..its all too secretive, yet the services they provide are very simple and almost anyone could start a company like this. Basically you are going to be on probation your entire time that you work here, unless "you're killing it"...you're going to hear that phrase a lot...Good luck. Only perk was that everyone was young and hungry to make money and social. Great FIRST job for a hungry graduate.

Initial interview was on the phone with HR person. First in person was with the team lead, who discussed the role and basically asked if I was interested and motivated. Met with a manager and was offered the job.
