I was invited to the on-campus interview after visiting and talking to the Cargill's recruiters at the career fair. They emailed me a date/time the day before the actual interview. The recruiters were very open and welcoming.

I was introduced into a room with two guys who were both very friendly and hospitable. They certainly out of their way to get to know me. The first couple questions were situation/behavioral based questions. Afterwards, they asked me a couple technical questions, which makes sense the job itself requires technical skills and the theoretical understanding of them.
