I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cargill (College Station, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interview was through the phone, overall it was a good interview. Their questions were based on your resume, and follow up questions about your previous answers to other questions. They were quick to respond if you got another interview or not which is nice compared to other companies.
