Extremely disorganized and I'm yet to receive a feedback even after a month since the time I attended their multiple rounds of interview which was scheduled on different days instead of completing them in a day or two
Even though they were scheduled by the HR, the contact person himself didn't know whether this interview is happening or not and who will be meeting me
Now that so many rounds are done, there's no one to even respond to calls or mails or have the courtesy to return a call
Initial Phone call with HR followed by 2 interview rounds with Senior Managers and Senior Analysts. I was offered the position the very next day. The whole process went smooth.

Question 1
Describe what would you do if you have a conflict with a team member.
First round was a call with HR - straightforward, basic questions, recruiter would defer all role-type questions to hiring manager, short session.
2nd round was with hiring manager - hiring manager asked from a list of defined questions, went along in a mechanical fashion.

Personal question in three consecutive rounds.
Multinational team with high level of professionalism, Position was made to sound amazing, I was disappointed at the final decision only.
