Typical questions were asked such as tell me about yourself and explain your experience. Overall not much difficulty in the actual process. I believe second round is talking with Engineers so a little more focused questions

I talked to a recruiter at a college job fair. Then emailed me a few days later and invited me to a first round interview. My interview took place three days after the career fair and lasted around 30 minutes. I was then told it would be about two months until I hear back for second interviews.

Question 1
Give an example of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle it?
Two interview process, both interviews were virtual. First interview was with engineers, second was with plant manager. Got asked a lot of good questions and was allowed to ask questions back.

Went smoothly. All behavioral. Interview process was about a week. Interviewed with recruiting person first, then two managers individually for 45 mins each. Two interviews and received an offer next Monday.
