Application submission --> then CV screening --> online aptitude test --> face to face interview (includes trading session, panel interview) --> Final offer. Pretty much normal intern interview processes. But the interview environment is quite good compared to other interviews I have attempted.

2 on 1 video interview then a final round at company HQ. Mostly behavioral questions, not many technicals. Everyone you meet and speak to is very nice and interested in learning more about you.
